Product Customisation
Specification changes – materials, colors, quality grades or bundled contents – can be produced to your requirement. The agreed specification is frozen before production starts; custom items are non-returnable unless they are defective or do not match that specification.
Quality Control Before Shipment
Appearance & Model Check
Every batch is checked for appearance, model code and version before packing, so the parts you receive match the models you ordered. Incoming goods are also sampled on arrival at our warehouse before they are put away.
Functional Testing
Product-specific functional testing is carried out before shipment – for example screen and touch response checks on assemblies, and charging tests on batteries and charging accessories.
Packing Verification
Packed cartons are verified against the order list, carton by carton. Inspection photos or videos of the packed goods can be provided on request before dispatch, so you can confirm items and packing before the cartons leave.

Protective Packing
Screens and batteries use protective inner packing; cartons are reinforced for international transport. Fragile items are cushioned individually, and retail-ready packing is available where required.
Delivery Coordination
Express, air or sea shipping is arranged according to destination, order volume and delivery requirements, with documents prepared for customs. FOB Shenzhen is our default quotation; CIF, CFR and DDP are available on request, and you can nominate your own forwarder.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product line, model and packing requirement, and it is confirmed item by item rather than as a blanket minimum for the whole order. Send your target items and quantities and we will confirm the exact MOQ for each one before you commit.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes. Mixed-model and mixed-category orders can be arranged according to availability. A structured model and quantity list helps us confirm items and pricing quickly. If you prefer, available items can ship first and the balance can follow, or the whole order can be held until it is complete.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes, for supported products. Logo printing, retail packaging and specification changes are confirmed with samples before production, and minimum quantities apply per model. Buyers confirm that they hold the rights to any logo, artwork or design supplied to us.
How do I get a wholesale quotation?
Send your product list, models, quantities and destination country – including the device code, quality grade or specification and any packing or branding requirements. We confirm specifications, packing and wholesale pricing before order approval, usually within one business day.
How are goods packed for international shipping?
Packing is selected by product type: protective inner packing for screens and batteries, cushioning for fragile parts, and reinforced cartons for export transport. Customised packaging and shipping marks are available, with minimum quantities confirmed per item.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are stated on your quotation or Proforma Invoice. B2B and custom orders may require a deposit with the balance payable before shipment, and goods are dispatched once payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank details are only ever sent on our official Proforma Invoice or from our company email address, so please verify them before transferring funds.
What is your lead time?
In-stock items are picked and packed after your payment is confirmed. For items that need production, the lead time is stated on the Proforma Invoice, and we confirm the final quantity, colours and model mix in writing before production starts.
Which shipping methods and Incoterms do you use?
We ship by express courier, air freight or sea freight, selected per order according to volume, weight, destination and your required delivery date. Our default quotation is FOB Shenzhen; CIF, CFR and DDP terms are available on request. If you have your own forwarder or carrier account, we can ship on your behalf.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Unless your quotation and invoice explicitly state DDP, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for import duties, VAT or GST, customs handling fees and any other charges levied at destination. We declare the actual invoice value and do not under-declare goods.
Can you provide inspection photos before shipment?
Yes. Inspection photos or videos of the packed goods can be provided on request before dispatch, so you can verify the items and the packing before the cartons leave our facility.
What if goods arrive defective, damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification we arrange a replacement or credit for the affected items. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for bulk orders, and custom or OEM/ODM items are non-returnable unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specification.
Can I order samples or a small trial order first?
Yes. Trial orders are welcome, so you can check quality and packing before placing a bulk order. MOQ is confirmed item by item, which keeps a first order small and focused.
Do you provide certificates and compliance documents?
Depending on the product and destination we can provide or obtain CE, RoHS, UN38.3 and MSDS documentation. Every shipment is issued with a commercial invoice, packing list and HS code information for your broker; other certificates or declarations are confirmed per order on request.
What currency are prices in, and can they change?
Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise, and they may change before an order is confirmed. The price and terms shown on your approved Proforma Invoice are the ones that apply to that order.
Do you offer OEM/ODM development with our own design?
Yes. OEM and ODM support covers logo, packaging, specification and bundled contents. Your design, artwork or sample is reviewed and approved before production, and minimum quantities apply per model.
