Shipping Policy

This page explains how we pack, ship and deliver wholesale orders from our Shenzhen facility. Exact charges, methods and lead times are always confirmed in writing on your quotation or Proforma Invoice before shipment.

1. Order Processing

In-stock items are picked and packed after your payment is confirmed. For items that need production, the lead time is stated on the Proforma Invoice. We confirm the final quantity, colours and model mix in writing before production starts.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship by express courier (door to door), air freight and sea freight. The method is selected per order according to volume, weight, destination and the delivery date you need, and it is named on your invoice. If you have a preferred forwarder or your own account with a carrier, we can ship on your behalf.

3. Freight Cost and Incoterms

  • Our default quotation is FOB Shenzhen.
  • CIF, CFR and DDP terms are available on request where we can support the destination.
  • Freight is quoted separately from the goods value and is itemised on the invoice.
  • Where you nominate your own forwarder, freight is arranged and paid directly by you.

4. Tracking and Delivery

Once the shipment is handed to the carrier we send you the tracking number and shipping documents by email. Transit time depends on the carrier, the routing and customs clearance at destination, so we do not guarantee a fixed arrival date unless it is agreed in writing.

5. Packaging

Goods are packed in standard export cartons with protective material. Customised packaging, retail-ready packs and shipping marks are available; minimum order quantities apply and are confirmed per item.

6. Split Shipments and Backorders

For mixed orders we may ship available items first and send the balance later, or hold the whole order until it is complete. We will tell you which option applies when we confirm your order.

7. Damage or Loss in Transit

Please inspect the cartons on arrival and report any damage, shortage or loss within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will help you file the claim with the carrier, in line with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Questions

If you need a shipping quote for a specific destination, send us your model list, quantities, carton sizes if relevant, and the destination city and postcode.
