2. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms are set out in the quotation or invoice: retail orders are payable in full at checkout, while B2B and custom orders may require a deposit with the balance payable before shipment. For OEM/ODM orders, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use any trademarks, logos, designs, or other intellectual property supplied to us, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their use. Customized items are produced strictly to the agreed specification; please review artwork and samples carefully before approving production.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where we are responsible for arranging carriage to your destination as stated in the quotation. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
5. Inspection and Returns
Please inspect your goods upon receipt. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be raised with us promptly as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, returned goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
